Super responsive, super quick, and super thorough! I got hit from behind and insurance recommended this place and I read all the reviews and they were not wrong. They sent out a text every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. Very happy with their service!

Tried having an insurance claim filed through Renew, opened back in June. We have been calling back atleast twice a month since then only to hear the same excuse every time. Not once did they try reaching out and explaining any issue with the claim process. Do better.
